MOCAA Exhibit Submission

To accommodate pieces from all artists in the Jenkins Gallery, we request that the longest side of 2D work be not more than 24” wide, framed, and that 3D work be no wider or deeper than 12”. It is up to the artist to state whether their work is for sale and if so, to set the price. If not for sale, please state a value for insurance purposes. No commission will be charged for sales by MoCA or AVAST. Sales will be handled by artists. AVAST will put interested buyers in contact with the relevant artists.
Uploaded artwork should be in jpg or png format, limited to 5 Mb. Please include your name and the title of the artwork in the file name (e.g. LastnameFirstname-Title.jpg). Do not include the frame or any background in images of 2D work. Every time you hit Upload, we will receive your file, even if you do not click “submit”, so please take care when uploading.
MOCAA will provide insurance for all artwork while it is in their care. Please be aware, however, that summer camps will be in session during the exhibit. Avoid submitting work that is particularly delicate, especially our 3D artists.
