Registration deadline

Mid-July

Map, online directory, and print directory will be emailed for artists to proofread

July 21

Deadline for print corrections. Corrections to website welcome any time, but preferred by this date

Sept 2, 10 am - Noon

Art drop-off at Barry Gallery. If you are unable to drop off your work at this time, please email arlstudiotour@gmail.com to make other arrangements.

Sept 8, 5 - 7 pm

Pick up brochures and road signs at Melanie’s studio (see email for address). Only one person per group studio needs to pick up road signs and brochures.

Sept 2, 3:30 - 5 pm

Informal meet-up to see the exhibit at the Barry Gallery.

Sept 26, 11 am - 5 pm

South Studio Tour

Sept 27, 11 am - 5 pm

North Studio Tour

Sept 28, 5 - 7 pm

Wrap party and sign drop-off at Palette 22

Oct 7

Deadline for follow-up questionnaire

October 14, 5-7 pm

Reception and artist talk at Barry Gallery
