Ceramic ware - lamps, trays, vases, bird baths

I’ve been pursuing ceramic making for over 30 years. I especially love ceramic texture. I impress clay slabs with random and intentional objects, creating trays, vases and lamp bases. Texture can be a challenge to glaze, and I seek results that reflect the impression used. For some wares, I seek an ‘almost dirty’ distressed look; others are colorful and clean. I continue to be captivated and inspired by clay, which is so tactile, manipulative, and defiant!
