Oils — and other media

I am in love with texture and color. I work across weavings, drawings, murals, and paintings, driven by a deep curiosity about what each medium can reveal. At the heart of my practice are oil and cold wax paintings, where intuitive mark-making takes center stage. My work can move between realism, abstraction, and Impressionism - never settling in one territory and this restlessness carries across every discipline. A weaving and a painting may share the same visual logic, the same push and pull between structure and spontaneity, even as they speak in entirely different languages. My practice is defined not by a single approach, but by an ongoing and open-ended conversation between them all.
