Inspiration is drawn from my personal reflections on landscapes, flora, architecture, and events. Exploring places, meeting people, seeing objects, and studying my surroundings sparks my imagination. As an artist, the awareness and appreciation of the smallest object adds variety and excitement to my paintings and prints (intaglio printmaking). Through the creative process, a personal visual vocabulary of shapes and forms, surface textures, space, lines, and color unfolds.
